Verizon Hotspot Recall Information
Verizon is currently working with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission to recall the mobile hotspots provided to some students in the district for Internet connectivity in the home. A letter was sent home today (and posted in Google Classroom for our virtual students) with information about the recall and a Verizon MiFi Replacement Agreement that must be completed by a parent/guardian and returned to the school by Tuesday, May 4th. A copy of the letter and the agreement can be found on the Technology page of the Iberia Parish School District website.
If you are absent/ quarantined, you should be checking Google Classroom daily for assignments, recordings, or messages. We want everyone to have a productive year!
Jackets, pullovers, & sweatshirts MUST be school dress code colors. (solid black, grey, navy, and/or Loreauville High School printed logos). Students must also have a school uniform shirt on underneath.
Cell phones should be turned off and put away during the school day. No one should be using cell phones in classes or hallways, even when walking to the bus, car, or practice area.
If you arrive at school without an ID, you MUST purchase a temporary ID from the office before 1st period. Temporary IDs are $1 before the first bell and $2 after the bell.
